| 县城经济是县域经济的龙头,发展衡阳的县域经济必须重点发展县城经济。目前衡阳市所辖七个县市的县城经济还比较落后,主要存在六个方面的问题,今后必须从五个方面着力推进县城经济的发展。文章提出了一条“五为主”的发展道路。 |
