| The paper presents some problems in examining manuscripts as follows,readers are careless in their work and depend on the experts too much and have no different views on examining manuscripts.It also discusses how to improve the editors' abilities and qualities and enriches and majorizes examining manuscripts readers fully to solve these problems. |
