| 当代中国公平正义思想的发展大体经历了“一大二公”、“效率优先、兼顾公平”、“以人为本、统筹兼顾”三个重要发展阶段。从新中国成立到实行改革开放之前,我国主要奉行“一大二公”的公平正义思想。改革开放初期,人们追求以“效率优先、兼顾公平”为原则的公平正义。现在,党中央提出科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,其中包含了“以人为本”、“统筹兼顾”的公平正义思想。这显示出,“更加注重社会公平”,已成为大多数人的共识。 |

| Evolvement of thoughts of equity and justice in the present China has gone through three stages: "utterly evenness","first efficiency,then equity","take all factor into consideration".Before the Opening Rerform ,our nation mainly pursued "utterly evenness".At first stage of the Rerform,people thinked "first efficiency,then equity" as justice.Now,the center of Party has put forward the perspective that we should view the individual as principal,and take all factors into consideration. |
