| The Ministry of Education has made the requirements of the numbers of the collection of paper books and annual incoming boos for the regular higher education institutions,and also taken some concerns about the electronic books.The college libraries should insisit on the basic orientation of paying main attention on paper books and focusing on the development orientation of electronic books as a part of information resources construction. |
