| With the expandent enrollment,college students have to face the increasing challenge in finding jobs.This paper explores a new model of vocational counsel for college students.This new model should make overall plans and take all factors into consideration and guide employment for college students step by step which based on the study,directed by the vocation and aimed to career. |
