| All universities and colleges are absorbing talents by all means in order to enhance their teaching strength.But,there are a lot of problems in those universities and colleges during the inviting applications for a job.This paper analyzes some problem of absorbing talents in universities and colleges in China by game theory,then some suggests are given. |
