| 构建和谐社会是我党在新时期作出的重要战略决策。大学生是构建和谐社会的重要力量,其社会责任感的有无及强弱将直接影响社会主义和谐社会构建的成败和得失。努力培养和增强大学生的社会责任感是构建和谐社会的重要途径。主要内容包括:加强思想道德教育,培养大学生的社会责任意识,营造构建和谐社会的思想基础;引导大学生积极投身社会实践,在实践中强化大学生的社会责任感,提高大学生构建和谐社会的动手能力;增强思想政治教育工作者的社会责任感,充分发挥教师构建和谐社会的示范带头作用;建立健全各种形式的法规制度,营造全方位的“责任追究”氛围和机制,增强构建和谐社会的制约力。 |
