| Repledge with responsibility is not an accidental jural phenomena.It is a remedy for the pawn right as security interests to require the best use of property,the fast speed of wealth transference,the proper price of value.By comparison,this article discussed the necessity of establishing this repledging with responsibility system in China,combined with this kind of legislation in other countries,tried to construct the repledging with responsibility system. |
