| The possessory right mainly has three kinds of role in the real right law: assistant role,equal role and foundation role.But in modern real right law,the possessory right should be in the superior position,which is not only the embodiment of the logic of the function and effect,but also the necessity of protecting the huge treasure and the weak. |
