| The risk is one kind of universal phenomenon,at the same time,is also the phenomenon with complexity.This paper first elaborats all sorts of restraint and the human value judgment are the root from which the risk comes into being.Then it puts forward the eight kinds of root of the complexity of risk, and proposes the general mentality and method of risk management. |
