| 随着高等教育体制改革的不断深入,高等学校办学规模不断扩大,高校现行的财务管理体制已与市场经济条件下高校的发展要求不相适应。文章从目前我校财务实行“集中管理”带来的弊端入手,结合我校实际,对推行校院两级财务管理的必要性进行了分析,进而提出了推行校院两级财务管理的具体措施。 |

| Along with the continuous deepgoing of management system reform of the higher education and the gradual expanding of higher school scale,their finance management system has already not adapted to the request of their development under the market economy condition.This paper analyzes the necessity of the two-class finance management of university and college and puts forward the specific measures for pursuing it from the irregularity of the centralizing finance management of NanHua university and its actual circumstance. |
