| 经济法作为新兴的部门法,与其他传统法律相比,理论和体系都还不够完备,尤其在法律责任领域,国内外的研究方兴未艾。要对经济法责任制度进行系统的研究,首先就必须对其基本法理问题进行深入地探讨。文章试从法的价值角度,将私法、公法与经济法的责任制度进行比较分析,从而为经济法责任的独立找到深层理论依据。 |

| As a new departmental law, economic law is less mature than traditional law in the aspect of theory and system. Especially, the study on the liability system of economic law is just on the beginning stage. If we want to study the liability system of economic law, the first thing is to probe into the basic legal theory. The value analysis of it is the most basic thing. Through the method of compare analysis, this text studied the legal value of the liability system of economic law. |
