| 文章通过对城市商业银行企业制度文化独特的地域性分析,提出了城市商业银行企业制度文化融合这一全新思想:即我国一定经济区域内的城市商业银行应在保持各自传统优势的企业制度文化的同时,通过相互间产权的联姻和业务的合作等方式,吸纳各自优秀的企业文化如先进的管理经验、制度建设等,实施企业文化的变革战略并实现新旧企业制度文化的融合。 |
