| 我国过去的经济法主体研究,对经济法主体在概念上表述不一,但深究起来,这种表述上的差异不能说明问题,其深层的原因在于学者们对经济法主体的特质即经济法主体的特征的认识有异.经济法主体应该是参与经济法律关系的现存的社会主体.因而对于经济法主体特征的认识应该放在经济法律关系中进行.并在此基础上,对经济法主体加以类型化. |

| The subject of the economic law in our country is defined differently in the past study.The varified concepts lie in different understanding for the speciality of the economic law subject. The economic law subject should be the existing social subject participating in the economic legal relations. Therefore the understanding forit should be set and categorized in the economic legal relations. |
