| Being an operation method by which the firm can expand its activity fields without scale inflation, international strategic alliance is the co-operation relation or arrangement established to accomplish strategic objects by transnational enterprises and is also regarded as the most important organizational innovation at the end of 20th century, and from recent years, development in international strategic alliance shows new character and trend. Hunan's enterprises should pay attention to its new trend, change little by little the specific form of co-operation with transnational companies, and take effective measure to improve our ability to co-operate better with them, in order to enhance core competitiveness and level of internationalized management. |
