| The rule of law for the press is one aspect of the concrete rule of law.Its foundamental and key facter is press autonomy.In the law system press autonomy and the press rule and rule of law are in the coupling motion by supplementing each other.The environment of the political,economic,cultural,legal and professional lives under the rule of law serves the press autonomy with ecological support.Only in the basic system of rule of law can the press autonomy achieve ecology substantively. |
