| The nature of government's procurement contract is an important problem in the government procurement. There are quite many disputes, among which the battle between administration contract and civil contract battle is the most meaningful. This article don't think government procurement contract is just a kind of civil contract. It asserts that government's procurement contract is a kind of administration contract. |
