| 电子商务作为一种新的贸易方式,在国际贸易中的影响越来越大,各个国家通过电子商务进行交易的贸易额占国际贸易总额的比重在逐年增加,电子商务贸易对国际贸易的影响以及由此产生的各种经济效应越来越明显,这必将引起各个国家的关注和重视。我国也不例外,为了应对这些变化,我国政府及企业界在推进电子商务发展的同时,必须采取一些相应的措施。 |
