| Information, just like capital and land, is an important resource. Information technology is a technology and method of utilizing information resource, exerting information resource value. However, for long period people were confused with whether the investment on information technology has benefit and how much the benefit is and how to calculate the benefit. This article analyzes the causes leading to the appearance of "paradox of productivity ratio", then try to explain and answer these issues. |
