| This article elaborated the important function of affective education in cultivating talents,and put forward the tactics in three aspects:Firstly,attaching importance to the design of the courses and making great efforts to embody the art of teaching;Secondly,attaching importance to enhancing the emotion quotient(EQ) ability of the educational workers; Thirdly,attaching importance to bettering the environment which cultivates the talents and widening the ways of cultivation. |
