| The relationslip between rule of law and morality construction can not be ignored or avoided, which is he key to achieve the goal of administering a country according to law. The article studies deeply the factors of law propelling morality construction and the effect of law on morality. It also points out clearly that the factors are the coordinatility of the law and the morality. |
