| The principle of the fraud exception breaks through the traditional principle of independence(or autonomy)on the letter of credit. The paper is to analyze the development and formation of the fraud exception and explore "fraud" defined and the respective duties of the issuing bank,the court,the applicant once the fraud is alleged.It also makes some suggestions to perfect the legal system of the fraud exception. |
