| 文章首先就老龄化带来的经济、社会压力 ,以及老年人发展问题进行了剖析 ;接着阐明了积极的老龄化战略指导思想 ,指出老龄化是人类客观衍生规律 ,是社会进步、发展的表现 ,老有所为、老有所强、老有创造以及人生创造价值的分配要有新理解 ;最后 ,提出了发展的老龄化战略观 ,包括发展的老龄化是人类共同整体战略观 ,是再做贡献战略观 ,是健康老龄化、尊严老龄化、幸福老龄化、效益老龄化观 ,是“给生命以岁月 ,给岁月以生命”的再理解。 |

| This thesis,firstly, analyzes economic and social pressure, owing to the development of aging; then, through elaborating the strategic guiding thoughts for aging, it suggests that aging of a society is the rule for human being and social progress and development; finally, it puts forth the developing strategic concept for aging. |
