| Evidence must be attested by judicial departments before it becomes the basis of verdict.The formation and operation of the eletronic evidence are very complexs and special,which makes it rather difficult for judgers to attest.The attestation of electronoic evidence should be proved mainly by free judgement with aid of evidence standard or evidence rule. The feasibility and identification of electronic evidence can be proved from its legality, reliablity, connection and integration. |
