| 受教育权是大学生依法享有的一项基本权利。学生受教育权的实现是学校教育的终极目的,学生受教育权不容侵犯,而实践中侵害学生受教育权的现象屡见不鲜。鉴于此,高校管理理念必须注入法治精神和维权意识,建立尊重学生权益的管理制度,同时要加强高等教育立法和司法监督,以保障学生受教育权的充分实现。 |

| The right of education is one of College student's basic rights according to law. So the realization of it should be the ultimate purpose of school education permitting no violation. However, in practice, the right is often violated. ruling by law and the maintenance of right should be applied to the administration of colleges. the system of respecting students' right and benefit must be instituted. At the same time, higher education legislation and judicial supervision should be strengthened, so as to ensure the ample realization of students getting the right to education. |
