| Modern corporations have a great influence on social life. The establishment of the independent representation -system of corporate assets has been the crux to the development of corporation. Through making a theoretical analysis of the relation between the corporation and the legal representative and basing on the theory of representation,the article constructs the representation-system to give a solution to the present problem. |
