The important reforms are being performed in China, like the pharmacy management, drug producing and circulating, social medical insurance and so on.The comprehensive hospital pharmacy, facing severe challenge and good development chance but its own inefficient operating model and staff quality, is in urgent need of reform in management thought, model and measures. |
