| IQ和EQ是新时期高素质人才应该具备的条件。可是由于各方面原因的影响 ,我国现阶段大学生呈现出低EQ的现状。文章对此进行了分析 ,并对在大学校园里如何加强大学生的EQ培养提出了合理性建议 ,为进一步完善我国的高等素质教育提出了理论依据 |

| IQ and EQ are two important features of high-quality talents in modern times , but EQ level of today' undergraduates appears to be low because of various reasons. This thesis tries to find out the reasons of this phenomenon and puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving EQ level of undergraduates, providing theoretic basis for further bettering high-quality education in China. |
