| It is taken as a fundamental policy and the only way of the sustainable development to coordinativly develop the material and spiritual civilization as well as the national economy and the society. On the one hand the socialist spiritual civilization construction is the prerequisite of the sustainable development, on the other hand the latter is the intrinsic necessity of the former. When implementing the strategy of the sustainable development we must raise the socialist spiritual civilization construction to a more outstanding position.At the same time we should strengthen the ecological cizilization construction ,so as to ensure sufficient matter resources for the sustainable development |
