| 实践证明 ,能否拥有一批技术创新能力较强的中小企业 ,成为各转型国家和新兴工业化国家经济稳定增长的关键因素。我国中小企业量大面广 ,其技术创新能力的增强 ,需要良好的创新环境。文章从资金、信息、人才等方面分析了制约中小企业技术创新的诸多因素 ,进而提出了优化中小企业技术创新环境的几项举措。 |

| It has been proved by the practise that a number of medium and small enterprises with the ability of technological innovation are critical to the steadily growing economy of new industrial countries and the countries which are changing their types.The number of our country's medium and small enterprises is big and the enhancement of their technological innovation ability needs good innovation environment.This article analyses many factors which restrict the technological innovation such as fund,information and talented people,moreover,it puts forward some measures to optimize the environment of the technological innovation of the medium and small enterprises. |
