| Virtual enterprise is a new kind of structure adapting to the development of information industry and assumes bright prospect.The concept of the core competence as well as its importance to virtual enterprise,is explained on the basis of the virtual enterprise formation combined with the analysis of its value chain.Some suggestions are put forward to the virtnal enterprise in China. |
