| 近年来 ,一些学者提出 ,人力资本与物质资本一样 ,可以作为企业资本的一部分出资 ,以此为促进高科技企业的发展创造条件 ,使风险投资推动高科技产业的发展。我们认为 ,人力资本出资存在一系列障碍 :首先 ,人力资本自身具有不确定性和难以计量性 ;其次 ,人力资本出资无法解决企业责任的承担问题 ;最后 ,人力资本出资对于高科技企业的发展也并没有太大的实际意义。 |

| In recent year,some scholors suggested that manpower capital could be used to provide a part of funds as material capital to improve the development of high scientific and technological enterprises.However,we thought that there was a series of obstacles: first,manpower itself was unstable and could not be measured;second,it didn't decide who would have to take the enterprises' responsibilities; third,it was actually insignificant to the enterprises' development. |
