| To punish the crime of terrorist activities,some charges are amended and added into the criminal law amendment(III).It is practically significant to punish the terrorist activities, safeguard the security of the people's life and property and maintain the regular public order. Although there is a judicial interpretation to convey the amendment and incremental crime, it's still valuable for us to research and discuss. |
