| The has become core assignment of all governments since the conference of SHIWUDA. Some new ideas about structural adjustment come into being due to the change of international background and the advent of domestic transition. Shanghai city, Guangdong province, Jiangsu province,Zhejiang province and Fujian Province has readjusted the stratagem of structural adjustment established in JIUWU.
