| One hundred years ago ,Marx made a tentative idea that east states leap over capitatism and stepped into socialism-There are two aspects for the stride of the kaftin valley , system and productivity, The practise of the international socialist movement had proved the correctness of the "Leap Over theory".To perfect the "Leap over theory"and stabilize the achievement which was created by the theory ,it is neccesary to boost reforms and develop productivity. |
