| Alienation or domestication in culture translating is one of the paradoxes widely discussed in translation theory, home or abroad. The history and present status concerning with this problem are first introduced in this paper. Then it is pointed out and proved that alienation is the first choice, and domesticationis complementary in culture translating. |
