      城市文化建设与城市营销是提高城市美誉度、促进城市发展的杠杆。文章从理论上详细地讨论了城市营销的内涵、作用及其主体 ,城市营销与城市文化建设的关系。在廓清了文化的涵义后 ,分析了衡阳市的文化资源 ,提出和论证了衡阳市文化建设定位。
English Summary:
      City culture construction and city marketing are the levers to improve city reputation and promote its development. This paper theoretically discusses the nature, the function and the subject of city marketing as well as the relationship between city marketing and city culture construction in detail. After expounding the nature of culture, it analyzes the culture resources of Hengyang and demonstrates how to locate the city culture construction.
