| 在我国社会转型时期 ,制度建设作为上层建筑的范畴必须适应经济建设的需要 ,这是社会全面协调发展的必然要求 ,也是国家的统治和治理方式走向规范化、法治化的必由之路。制度建设涉及的面很广 ,内容也很多 ,文章通过制度与文化、制度与人、制度与稳定、制度与经济全球化四个方面的问题来探讨我国目前社会转型中的制度建设。 |

| The system construction, as the realm of the superstructure, should meet the need of economy during the social change period in our country. It is the necessary demand for the full and harmonious development of the society, and the only road to standardizing and legalizing the state administration. The article explores the system construction from four aspects: system and culture, system and human, system and stability, system and economic globalization. |
