| 以卫生机构、卫生人力及医院床位作为主要卫生资源指标进行分析 ,对建国以来我国卫生资源的发展过程及当前现状作一分析和探讨。结果表明 :建国以来 ,我国人均卫生资源占有量有了明显的提高 ,卫生事业得到了蓬勃发展。但也存在有城乡之间、中西医药之间及各卫生机构之间发展的不平衡 ,医护比例、职称结构不合理及非技术人员比例偏高等问题。有待于我们认真研究、加大投入、深化改革 ,合理、有效地配置有限的卫生资源 ,充分发挥其社会效益和经济效益。 |

| Taking the health sectors,health professionals and beds in hospitals as the main targets of health resources,an analysis and exploration had been made on the developmental course of the Chinese health resources since the foundation of the People's Republic of China.The results showed that the health resources per capita had increased obviously during this period of time and the health cause had developed rapidly in China.But the existing problems were that developments of cities and countrysides, of the traditional Chinese medicine and the west medicine, of the health sectors were not balanced,that the proportion of doctors to nurses,the structure of technical position and the proportion of the non-technicians were reasonless. Much importance should be attached to these problems.It is advisable that investment be increased, reformation be deepened, limited health resources be arranged reasonably and effectively in order to bring immense bebefits to the society and the economics. |
