| 我国刑事被害人求偿问题一直未引起法学界的足够重视。刑事被害人最关心的物质损失补偿问题在刑事诉讼过程中如得不到合理解决 ,将会产生诸多消极影响。因此 ,设立赔偿义务人足额赔偿制度、易服劳役执行措施和刑事被害人国家补偿制度能有效保护刑事被害人的合法权益 ,实现正义的社会秩序。 |
