| 研究人口老龄化对可持续发展的影响是非常必要的。人口老龄化将对社会生产经济负担、家庭结构、中年妇女、老年服务等方面带来一定的影响。为此 ,我们建议应采取相应的对策 :一是重视老龄化问题 ;二是实施老年人再就业工程 ;三是创造老年人服务产业 ;四是建立老年医疗保健制度 ;五是建立老年群体自我服务体系 ;六是发挥社区卫生服务优势 ;七是发展经济 ,为迎接人口老龄化高峰的到来打下雄厚的物质基础。要实现可持续发展 ,关注老龄化问题 ,这是当代人和后代人的共同责任。 |

| lt is vital to study the effects of the aging of population on the sustained development. The aging of population will add economic load to the society,and cause a series of effects on the family construction middle-aged women and the old people service. The suggested countermeasures are as follows:1.Pay close attention to the aging of population. 2.Carry out the re-employment project for the aged. 3.Set up the service business for the old. 4.Establish the medical care system for the aged. 5.Build up the self-service system among the old age-group. 6.Make full use of the community sanitary service. 7.Bring about a prosperous economy. lt is our common responsibility to pay close attention to the aging of population and achieve the sustained development. |
